Shipping policy

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

•    AniqsGym ships nationwide throughout the United States & Canada via USPS or FedEx. We also ship internationally to certain countries in the EU, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
•    We usually ship our orders next business day, but please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping.
•    Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Weekends or holidays.
•    Items cannot be delivered on Sunday or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
SHIPPING POLICY

•    If your shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.
•    Please report all shipping issues or missing items within 15 days of delivery.
•    Expected delivery dates are scheduled by the carrier. Any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control.
•    Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labelling for the carrier.
PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY
Orders with package protection will be eligible for only one replacement order if the package is deemed lost or stolen. There will be no refunds on orders deemed lost or stolen. Replacement orders or store credit for items deemed lost or stolen are only eligible for exchange and are not eligible for a refund. Buyers may not misuse the package protection program. Replacements or Store Credit will not be issued to buyers who are deemed to have misused the package protection program or deemed to be fraudulent or not in good faith based on our assessment.
WHAT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

•    Delays in transit and delivery times due to carrier service disruptions or delays.
Missing parcels or redelivery of orders due to incorrect address information provided by you.
•    Orders stuck in customs or customs & duties fees - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or fees related to customs or duties on international orders. Please get in touch with the carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable to refund the product held at customs or for any return to sender fees.
•    AniqsGym is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
•    Weather and unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays can impact your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 2 business day before your desired usage date to allow for delays.

RETURNS

•    If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@AniqsGym.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all undamaged and unused items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase unless marked "Final Sale", exclusions apply.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

•    Orders may not be cancelled within one business day of making the order. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at contact@AniqsGym.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing and schedule.
